摘要
用脑电地形图（ＢＥＡＭ）技术观察了３０例急性脑血管意外患者．并同时进行了脑电图（ＥＥＧ）检查，其中２３例作了ＣＴ扫描．结果表明，ＢＥＡＭ对急性脑血管意外的阳性率、定侧率与ＥＥＧ比较均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；与ＣＴ比较总阳性率无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；但三无内检查阳性率有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）．
Thirty cases of acute cerebrovascular accident were examined by BEAM (brain electrical activity mapping)and EEG (electroencephalogram).Meanwhile 23 cases of them accepted CT test.The results had been compared.In the positive rate and localizative rate,it showed the significant diffrence between BEAM and EEG(P<0.05) ,but no remarkable dissimilarity between BEAM and CT(P>0.05).However the posi- tive rate in first three days of pathogenesis was notable disparity between BEAM and CT.
