摘要
用超临界二氧化碳进行了茶叶中咖啡因的萃取分离试验。用半流动法考察了压力,预浸润时间和萃取时间(或溶剂量)对绿茶中咖啡因萃取的影响,提出了一个简化的萃取动力学模型,用于估计萃取收率,用流动法考察茶末的萃取效果.
A study on extraction of caffeine from tea was carried out with supercritical carbon dioxide. The effect ofpressure,preinfiltration time and extraction time(or amount of solvent)on extraction of green tea was testedusing semi-flow method.A simplified dynamic model was proposed for estimating extraction yield ratio. Fortea dust,a flow method experiment was done。
