摘要
采用分层装粉,一次成形、烧结——熔渗一步完成的工艺可制取密度达7.6g/cm^3的渗铜烧结钢,研究了骨架密度,烧结——熔渗温度及熔渗剂中Sn添加剂对渗铜烧结钢性能的影响,结果表明:此工艺制取高密度,高强度铁基结构件工艺简单,周期短,成本低,而骨架密度,温度等因素对渗铜烧结钢的性能都有明显影响。
This paper has discussed the forming process and the influences of the skeleton density,sinter-infiltration temperature and the content of Sn in the infiltration agent to the properties of the infiltrating Cu into sintered steel.
