摘要
以发酵酒精厂副产物杂醇油为原料醇，经精制及简单蒸馏后，在酸性催化剂及添加适量Ｎａ＿２ＳＯ＿４条件下，与苯酐酯化，成功地合成了外观为无色透明的邻苯二甲酸Ｃ＿４～Ｃ＿５混合酯，并对杂醇油的精制工艺，不同催化剂的选择比较，反应条件的变化控制及带水剂和Ｎａ＿２ＳＯ＿４的用量进行了详细研究，得到了最佳的原料配方和合成工艺。
Abstract After dehydration,refinement and distil-lation,the fusel oil is reacted with phthalic an-Hydride companying with sulfuric acid and sodium sulfate to synthesize phthalic C_4 C_5ester.The properties of the ester,such as boil-ing range,density,refractive index, viscosity, been discrssed.acidity,colority and saponification value,havebeen determined. The optimum processingconditions of reaction and refinement have alsobeen discussed.
