摘要
测定了420名健康成年男女腰椎及两侧髋部的骨密度。线性相关分析结果表明,腰椎各椎体(L_2~L_4)骨密度呈高度相关,P<0.001;两侧髋部、股骨颈、大转子及Ward三角区骨密度具有非常高的相关性,P<0.001;腰椎与髋部各部位骨密度也具有明显的相关性,但相关程度相对较小。结果提示,一侧髋部骨密度测定能够预测另外一侧髋部骨密度水平,腰椎骨密度测定能够预测整个椎体的骨量状态,但是,腰椎骨密度测定并不能非常精确的预测髋部骨量水平。
Bone mineral density(BMD) in lumbar vertebrae and both hips was measurcd in 159 males and 261 females who were residents of Beijing area, aged 20 to 80. BMD was determined by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA ). The linear correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship be- tween all pairtq of measurements. The results showed that there were strong correlations of BMD between the two hips in both men and women. For the femoral neck, Ward’s triangle, and great trochanter the correlation coeffcients were 0.921,0.948,0.900 in males and 0. 939,0.910,0.872 in females , respec- tively, (P<0. 001). The values of BMD at the lumbar vertebrae and both hips were significantly correlat- ed(male,r=0.468~0.639, P<0.001. female,r=0.656~0.777, P<0.001). But the degree of correla- tion was relatively lower than that of the two hips. These results suggested that measurement of BMD in one hip can predict that of the opposite site, but the measurement of bone mass at lumbar vertebrae can not accurately predict bone mass at both hips.
