摘要
作者采用CT对10具置中立、伸展、屈曲位的尸体腰椎的椎间平面做了扫描,并测量了L_3、4,L_4、5和L_5、S1椎管前侧方盘黄间隙动态变化。结果表明,伸展位盘黄间隙变小,屈曲位增大,变化非常显著(P<0.01)。分析认为:通常盘黄间隙偏小,构成这一间隙的组织一旦退变,即可能导致其狭窄,嵌夹神经根,但因盘黄间隙具活动特性,故以往临床所遇体位性根性疼痛可能与此变化有关。
Spaces of lumbosacral intervertebral discs and ligamentum flavum in L3-4, L4-5 and L5-S1 level of ten fresh cadavers were measured in extension and in flexion positions by CT scans. The results showed the spaces in flexion position were larger than that in extension position (P< 0. 01). The autors considered that spaces between lumbosacral intervertebral discs and ligarnentum flavum were small in nor- mal situation , and that intervertebral space become narrowed and nerve roots entrapmented when tissues in the spaces were degenerated. However, compressing tissues changed in morphology with intervertebral space motion, which might be related to postural nerve root pain in clinical.
