耐高温高分子材料的热分解动力学

摘要 本文用热重法研究了四种耐高温分子材料:聚芳醚酮酮、热致性液晶共聚芳酯、溶致性液晶聚芳酰胺和聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺的热分解动力学.采用Ozawa方法和Coata-Redforn方法处理并计算了热分解动力学参数:活化能Ed、反应级数n、频率因子A. : The kinetics of thermal degradation of new four high-temperature resistant polymers: poly(PPTA ether ketone ketone) (PEKK), liquid crystal aromatic coplyester (LCPs),whol1y aromatic polyamides(PPTA and Nomex) were studied by isothermal and dynamic thermogra-vimetry (TG). The kinetic coeffi-cients of thermal degradation of the four polymers were calculated and compared by Ozawa and Coats-Redfornmethods.The experimental results have been shown in Table 1. The following conclusions can be given:1)Because of their particular structures and higher-content of carbon,the four polymers have excellenthigh-temperature resistance-higher decomposition temperature and active energy of thermal degrad-ation.2)The initial stages of thermal degradation accord to the same mechanism of degradation,but the mecha-nism of the 1atest stage changed.
