摘要
塑料门窗亦称ＰＶＣ门窗，是新型的化学建材制品，它与钢、铝、木门窗比较，具有很大优越性。塑料门窗保温隔热性好，其耐腐蚀能力是其它门窗无法达到的。塑料门窗造型美观，装饰效果好，因此被许多高档建筑所采用。本文叙述了塑料门窗的发展过程及其优点，并指出了目前存在的一些问题。尽管塑料门窗还没有被普遍接受，但只要采取积极的态度作好推广应用工作，发展前景将十分可观。
The plastic door/window, also called PVC door/window, in comparison with those conventional steel, aluminium and timber ones, is of a very superior quality. It is really a good insulator and ,highly efficient in energy saving, and of superfine corrosion-proof material, of which none other could have so far achieved. It has been praised as beautiful in style and with decorative excellence, and therefore, widely adopted in many high grade buildings. In this article. there are some descriptions about its development stages and advantages.Presently there are still some problems to be reduced or preferably eout, it would surely have a bright future.
