摘要
本文以大型聚酯工业生产过程为对象,采用机理分析及生产实测数据相结合的方法,针对工艺流程特点,分别建立了酯化、预缩聚和终缩聚三个反应过程的模型,对它们的工艺条件和操作变量进行了仿真。结果表明模型真实地反映了生产实际,为全生产流程仿真系统奠定了基础。
The models of esterification, prepolymerization and final polycondensation for large scale PET industrial process have been developed based on the mechanism analysis and regression methods. The simulation for Zimmer technique shows that the models match the process very well. It will be the base of the simulation system of PET production process.
