摘要
本文讨论了各类旋转挫数控加工时,旋转锉几何形状与数控机床各坐标轴之间的函数关系,从而为数控加工各类旋转锉提供了控制用数学模型。按此数学模型建立的控制模型,在多坐标简易数控机床上加工出完全符合图纸要求的工件。
The present article mainly studies the functional rclationshtween the geomctric form and the motion of NC machine tool axes when different kinds of rotary burr are being produced,so as to Propose mathematical model for numerically controlled machining the rotary bulls.With the model the satisfied products of comptetely meeting the designing requirments can be obtained on the simplified NC machine,It has a good eeonomic and technical results.
