摘要
应用兽医大学合成的抗肝片吸虫新药碘醚柳胺(Rafoxanide,商品名Flukanide),对4只健成成年绵羊分别给予治疗量(7.5mg/kg)的3倍(22.5mg/kg)、4倍(30mg/kg)、5倍(37.5mg/kg)、6倍(45mg/kg)的剂量,一次内服,进行了安全试验。结果,仅给予治疗量6倍(45mg/kg)剂量的4号羊出现一过性尿频,20min后消失,其余的3只羊均未出现临床症状;对此4只羊分别在投药后的第2d、第5d采血做血液学检查和肝功能测定,均未发现变化。对123例自然感染肝片吸虫的病羊(虫卵检查阳性),按7.5mg/kg的剂量给予治疗,28d粪便虫卵转阴率为99.19％,未见有副作用。
Rafoxanide synthesized by Vet. College were tested for itsefficiency against fascioliasis and safety to sheep. The results of safetytrial indicated that no poisoning signs appeared when 3 sheep were eachorally administered with Rafoxanidet at dosage of 22.5、30、37. 5 mg/kg,respectively. Only one which received a large dose of drug (45 mg/kg )manifested temporary frequent micturition. No abnormalities were detectedin all the tested sheep with routine blood test and liver function test.One hundred and thirty-three sheep infected naturally with fascioliasis weretreated with Rafoxanide at dosage of 7. 5 mg/kg. Negative-conversionrate of faecal eggs was 99% on the 28 th day after administration.
