摘要
研究了不同固溶处理对GH128高温合金晶粒度和显微组织的影响。测定了其晶粒度的变化,观察了其固溶处理前后的碳化物的分布状态;确定了对GH128高温合金用于高速柴油机喷油咀最佳固溶处理规范。
The effects of different solution treatments on the microstructure and grain size of GH128 Superalloy were studied. The variations of grain size were determined,the distribution of carbide was observed before/after solution treatments,the optimum solution heat treatment for manufacturing oil nozzle of the high-speed diesel engine with GH128 Superalloy was obtained.
