摘要
研究了不同含碳量贝氏体钢的组织与性能。在低碳范围几乎得到全部贝氏体组织。随含碳量增加,贝氏体量减少,形态发生变化,同时马氏体量增多。“C”曲线测定结果表明,设计钢具有高的贝氏体淬透性,可在较大截面上获得均匀的组织和性能。耐磨性试验结果指出,在合适成分,空冷得到近于半贝氏体和半马氏体组织的贝氏体钢,它比目前现场使用的几种典型耐磨材料具有较高的耐磨性。
The structures and properties of bainitic steels with various carbon contents have been studied. Within the low carbon range the whole bainitic microstructure is available. The amount of the bainite decreases,its morphologies are changed and the amount of the martensite is increased with increasing the carbon content. The results of measurement of the 'C' curve show that the steels designed have a high bainitic hardenability and the uniform structure within a bigger cross section can be obtained. The results of measurement of wear resistance indicate that its wear resistance is better than those of the several typical materials applied in the practice when the compositions are appropriate and the microstructures of half-bainite and half-martensite can be obtained by air cooling.
