摘要
为探明西安地区空气中花粉的种类及其飘逸规律，为环境医学、城市绿化及变态反应性疾病的防治提供资料，本课题在西安地区设了３个花粉收集点，对飘落在玻片上的花粉粒进行了观察及鉴定，为期１年。从１０９２张暴片上检到的花粉可归为３２科，４１属，３２种。综合各暴片点调查结果可发现早春气传花粉以松属、侧柏和杨柳属为主；夏季以油松为主；秋季以草、蒿属为主，这些花粉可能系西安地区的主要致敏性花粉，应对它们的致敏性进行进一步的研究。
Three sits of collecting pollens were set up and the kinds and shapes of pollens falling to the glasses films were observed and identified, in order to find out the kinds and drifting regular pattern of air-spreaded in Xian area and provide the date for environmental medicine, afforesting city, and prevention treatment of allergic diseases.The pollens found out from 1092 glass films duting a year can be classified 32 family,41 genera and 32 species.the result indicated that main air-spreaded pollens are pinus,biota endl populus L and salix L in early spring,pinus tabulaoformis carr in summer,and humnlus scandea merr and arlemisia L in fall.They may be main allergic pollens in xian area, so their quality of causing allergy should be studied.
