摘要
建立了生物流化床反应器的数学模型,并通过大量试验验证了该模型的可靠性,进而分析了生物膜不同厚度的情况下有机物在其中的分布以及生物膜厚度(δ=30—400μm)对生物浓度、效率因子、出水有机物浓度和有机物降解速率的影响。研究结果表明,本试验条件下当进水COD=530mg/L时,单位体积生物膜对有机物的最大降解速率为0.52kgCOD/(L·d),最佳膜厚为180μm左右。
A mathematical model of fluidised bed bio-reactorhas been established and a large amount ofexperiment has been carried out to verify thevalidity of the model. The analysis of organic matterconcenttation profile in bio film and the effectS ofbio film thickness (&=30-400μm)on biomassconcentration, effectiveness factor,effluent qualityand the degradation rate of organic matter haye beenconducted in detail.The results show that themaximum organic degradation rate per unit volumeof biofilm is 0.52kg COD/ (L·d) when in fluentCOD is 530mg/L and the optimal biofilm thicknessis about 180pm in the experiment.
