摘要
本文基于在碱性介质中,铜(Ⅱ)对过硫酸铵氧化还原型酚酞有明显的催化作用,采用流动注射停流技术,优化了实验条件,建立了流动注射催化光度法测定痕量铜的新方法,线性范围为0~500ng·ml^(-1),检出限为94pg·ml^(-1),用于地下水及环境标准样品的分析均获得结果。
A flow injection catalytic spectrophotmetric method based on the oxidzation ofreduced -phenolphthalein with ammonium persulphate by means of Cu( II ) as cala-for the determination oftrace Cu( II ) in borax solution has been developed. Theof determination is 0-500ng Cu( II ) /ml and detection limit is 0. 094ngg/The method to determine copper( II ) in surrornding spectrum and water sam-s with satisfactory results.
