摘要
本文合成了15个含锡锗杂(口恶)唑烷化合物,N(CH_2CH_2O)_3GeCHR^1CH_2CO_2SnR(R=Cy_3,Bu_3~n,Ph_3,Cy_2Bu^n,CyBu_2~n;R^1=H,C_6H_5,p-CH_3C_6H_4,p-ClC_6H_4).通过对产物的IR、~1H NMR、MS和元素分析的测定,确定了它们的组成和结构.三丁基锡羧酸酯具有五配位的结构.生物活性测定结果表明,这些化合物具有较好的杀螨和除草活性,同时对植物病原菌也有一定的防治效果.
Fifteen new title compounds containing Ge and Sn of formula N(CH2CH2O)3Ge-CHR1CH2CO2SnR (R = Cy3, Bu3n, Ph3, Cy2Bun, CyBu2n, R1=H, C6H5, p-CH3C6H4, p-ClC6H4) were synthesized and their structures identified by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The compounds may be five-coordinate when the R = Bu3n, while the others are four-coordinate. From the preliminary biological tests it is found that these compounds have good acaricidal and herbicidal activities and display a some fungicidal activity for plant diseases.
