摘要
炉管失效(Boiler Tube Failure,BTF)是困扰大容量火力发电厂的主要问题之一,其中腐蚀引起的失效占一定比例.工业锅炉与采暖锅炉也常因结水垢与腐蚀而失效.化学清洗是防止锅炉腐蚀和制止腐蚀发展的主要手段,有很大的节能与环境效益.本文介绍了锅炉的主要失效原因及化学清洗对防止与制止锅炉腐蚀所起的作用.
Boiler tube fail (BTF) is clue to deposit corrosion, the deposit may be scale or corrosion product. Under deposit will cause occluded corrosion cell, and cause localized corrosion.In the report some boiler tube fail sample has analysed, and point that the chemical cleaning of boiler is the effectual process of restraint corrosion and protect corrosion.
