摘要
在内径为0.047m,床层高0.7m的滴流床反应器内,采用空气-水-玻璃珠(1.8,3.18mm)体系,在常温、常压下进行实验。气、液流速分别在0.054~0.23kg/(m ̄2s)和3.20~14.73kg/(m ̄2s)内,用电导信号脉动法、压降波动法结合目测法测定了滴流床的流动状态及其变化,实验结果可用于确定不同操作条件下的流动状态。本研究还分别用压差计、示踪剂法和体积法对滴流床的压降、总持液量和动持液量进行了测量,并考察了影响因素,得到各自的关联式。压降lnf_(lg)=7.625-1.047lnZ ̄'+0.009(lnZ ̄') ̄2-0.022(lnZ ̄') ̄3其中总持液量动持液量此外,还考察了流型、压降。
n this work,the effects of solid size,gas and liquid flowrate and operation modes on the hydrodynamics were investigated in a trickle-bed reactor of.047m id.and 0.7m height.By electro-conductance method,pressure drop method and visual observations,the flow patterns have been measured. The pressure drop is determined by manometer the total liquid holdup is obtained by tracer techniques,and the dynamic liquid holdup is determined by simultaneously shutting off the inlet and outlet streams and then drai ning the reactor.The experimental conditions were as fllows :particle diameter:1.8 and 3.18mm, gas and liquid mass flowrate:0.054~0.23 kg/(m ̄2 s)and3.20~14.73 kg/(m ̄2 s),respectively.Correlations obtained are given as follows :Pressure drop:ln f_(lg)=7.625-1.047 lnZ ̄'+0.009(lnZ ̄') ̄2-0.022(lnZ ̄') ̄3 where Total liquid holdup:Dynamic liquid holdup:Also,the hydtodynamic hysteristics is discussed.
