摘要
本试验应用热水酚法提取了猪痢疾密螺旋体菌壁的水相抗原,并用琼扩法、火箭电泳法以及被动血凝法测定了该抗原的特异性。结果表明,该抗原能特异性地与兔抗猪痢疾密螺旋体的抗血清和单克隆抗体6H结合,而与抗非致病性密螺旋体抗血清不发生反应。
The hot aqueous-phenol method was used for extracting water-phase antigen from Treponema hyodysenteriae. The specificity of the extract was tested with gel-diffusion method,rocket immunoelectrophoresis arid PHA test.The results showed that the extract reacted specifically to anti-Treponema hyodysenteriae antisera and monoclonal antibody(6H),but it did not react to the anti-Treponema innocens antisera.
