摘要
研究了不同变质剂和铬碳比对高铬白口铸铁的导热性能和内应力的影响;观察了其金相组织和位错形态;探讨了显微组织、导热系数和内应力之间的关系,结果表明用盐类-合金复合变质剂对Cr(15)Mo2CuW白口铸铁进行变质处理,能有效降低其内应力.用此材料已成功地生产出合格的高扬程水泵叶轮铸件.
The effects of different inoculants and Cr to C ratio on the heat conductivity of andresidual stress in high-chronium white cast iron(HCWCI)have been studied.The mi-crostructure and dislocation were observed.It is proved that the residual stress can be effec-tively reduced if the HCWCI,Cr(15)Mo2CuW is treated with an inoculant mixture of salts andmetals. Such a material has been successfully used in the casting of an impeller of a high-liftpump.
