摘要
基于Kirchhoff薄壳理论,采用TotalLagrange描述、J2型流动理论,建立了三维板料成形过程模拟的有限元模型,井考虑到材料强化、板料厚向异性等材料性能影响因素。根据此模型编制了计算机程序,并对实际零件成形过程进行了模拟。
ased on the Kirchhoff theory and J2 flow theory,a finite element model has been devel-oped for the simulation of three-dimensional sheet metal forming with total Lagrangian for-mulation. Isotropic hardening and anisotropy along the thickness of the material have beentaken into consideration. The code based on the model was used to simulate the forming pro-cess of an oil box,The results show that the equivalent strain distribution is in conformitywith reality.
