摘要
卵圆球形,浅绿色,具粘性,卵径1.1-1.2毫米,在水温30.6-31.4℃情况下,受精卵经22小时45分钟后孵化出膜.眼、嗅囊、耳石和心脏搏动均出现在孵出之前,初孵仔鱼全长4.0-4.7毫米,肌节41-42对,在水温25.2-33.6℃情况下,出膜后5天卵黄囊全部被吸收,12天后腹鳍条形成,30天后形态发育完全,全身被鳞,接近成鱼形态.
The egg of Megalobrama skolkovii is slightly sticky and spherical in shape,measuring 1.1-1.2mm in diameter,containing,a large quantity of yolk.The egg membrane is slightly green.When the water temperature is 30.6-31.4℃,35 minutes after the egg is fertilized,egg plasmbegins to concentrate towards the animal pole of the egg and forms a blastederm.It takes 3 hoursand 35 minutes for the cleavage stage,5 hours and 30 minutes for the tissue-diverging stage.Auditory vehicles,otolith,heart-beating and olfactory pit all apear before the embryo hatchesout.22 hours and 45 minutes after fertilization, most embryoes begin to break the membranceand come out.Body length of the newly-hatched larva is 4.0-4.7mm.At water temperature25.2-33.6℃,about five days a fter hatching,yolk sac is absorbed and disappears.1 day later,caudal fin gradually appears.8 days after hatching,dorsal fin and anal fin begin to form.12 daysafter hatching,vectoral fin is formed and scales on lateral-throat appear.16 days after hatching,all fins are fully developed.Now the fry resembles the adult although its scales are not well-developed on the whole body.The fry is fully developed in 30 days.
