摘要
“夏茅香芒”种子发育至花后110~120天,发芽率及幼苗鲜重显著增加,表明种子已完全成熟。在此期间,种子束缚水及可溶性蛋白质含量增加,似与种子开始萌动有关,但在整个发育期间,胚根细胞未发生有丝分裂,表明萌发仍未完成。脱离果实的种子在没有外加水分的情况下可继续萌发。在“秋芒”种子中直接观察到胎萌现象。经脱落酸处理的种子脱水敏感性降低。推论芒果种子表现顽拗性的原因在于发育成熟后于母株上提前萌发。
Germination percentage and fresh weight of seedlings of‘Xiamao mango’seeds increased markedly between 110~120 days after anthesis(DAA)duringdevelopment. This showed that seeds maturated at 120 DAA. During this perio d,thebound water and soluble protein content of the seeds increased and these changeswere related to the start of seed gemination. No cell division of radicle eells was ob-served during development and this showed that the germination proeess did not fin-ish on the mother plant. However,seeds could continue germinating under condi-tions of no supplemental water supply after being separated from their endocarps.Vivipary was observed in the seeds of‘ Autumn mango’.Desiccation sensitivity ofmango seeds decreased after treatment with ABA, It was inferred that the reason ofrecalcitrance of mango seeds was that seeds began to germinate after maturation dur-ing development on the mother plant.
