肺部X射线CT切片的三维重建及显示

摘要 本文针对肺癌医学诊断和治疗这一主题,提出了一种对肺部X射线CT切片中病变部分(感兴趣区)的三维重建和显示算法。整个算法包括:(1)图象获取(2)二维图象的三维重建(3)三维物体的边界表面检测(4)三维物体的二维显示及后处理几大部分。通过将表面检测问题转化为有向图的遍历问题,简化了原先非常复杂的三维边界检测算法;并根据C语言结构功能强的特点,采用结构指针及链表、队列等动态数据结构,使整个算法具有节省内存、快速省时的特点。全部软件由C程序设计语言编写,在VAX—11/750及Model75图象处理系统上完成,最后得到了任意旋转角度的立体显示图。 This paper puts forward an approach to reconstruct and display the lung CT cross-sections with tumour in order to help diagnose and treat the lung cancers. The major procedures include: (i) Image acquirement, (ii) 3D reconstruction from 2D slices (including linear interpolation, segmentation of interested area and establishment of 3D array of voxels), (iii) 3D boundary surface detection, (iv) 2D projection display of 3D object and post-processing. All algorithms are implemented on VAX-11/750 and Model 75 lmage Processing System with C Programming language. By a translation of the 3D boundary detection problem into a special directed graph traversal problem, we have been able to simplify the complexity of true 3D surface detection problem. Applying structure pointer and dynamic data structure, such as the linked list and queue in C, we have made the working software executed with less memory requirement and time overhead. Finally, we obtain any view of rotating 3D display of the interested organs.
