摘要
用12只豚鼠研究前庭膜和圆窗膜双膜破裂在突聋发生上的作用;于刺破前庭膜前、后及再刺破圆窗膜后分别记录耳蜗电图(ECoG)。结果发现:连续刺破前庭膜和圆窗膜后,动作电位反应门明显提高;N1波振幅明显缩小;潜伏期明显延长。对ECoG这种变化的机理及其临床意义进行了讨论。
he goal of this paper is to study the role of double Reissner’s membrane
and round win-dow membrane break in the sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SHL).The
electrophysiologicresponse(ECOG)of twelve guinea pigs were monitored after sequentiai
lesions to Reissner’smembrane and the round window membrane. Action
potential(AP)response were recordedbefore and after discrete puncture- type lesions were
created in the Reissner’s membrane ofthe basal turn. Observed decrements were typically
minor. The round window membrane thenwere perfornted to create perilymphatic fistulas.
Further monitoring demonstrsted a rapid,se-vere decrement in AP amplitude and latency. AP
response of five control animals with roundwindow perforations alone did not show these
decrements. The results showed that discretelesions in the Reissner’s membrane alone
caused only localized cochlear dysfunction,whilepresence of a fluid leak from the round
window led to severe damage in cochlear func-tion, This experiment may provide a possible
animal model for studying sudden sensorineuralhearing loss.
