摘要
用微滴板法研究不同保存液对红细胞血型抗原保存期限及溶血率的影响。结果表明，红细胞在不同保存液中的保存期限和溶血率各不相同，其变化与保存液的而萄糖浓度及溶液渗透压有关，枸橼酸－枸橼酸钠－葡萄糖液（ＡＣＤ液）具有配制方法简单、保存期限较长等优点，适宜在法医基层单位推广使用。
he effects of different preservative solutions on preservative time limit of
red bloodtype antigens and haemolysis rate were studied with microdrop plate analysis.The
resultsshowed that the above two indexes varied in different preservative solutions with the
concen-tration of dextrose and total osmotic pressure of the solution,It is suggested that the
acid-cit-rate-dextrose solution(ACD)is an ideal preservative solution for red blood cells.The
advan-tages of ACD are as follows:the preparation is simple,convenient and cheap,it has also
rela-tively long preservative time limit.
