摘要
近１０年来我科对１０例小儿先天性胆总管囊肿手术切除胆肠吻合术，取得较好疗效。并就降低手术并发症，提高治愈率等问题进行了讨论。
In the past 10 years, 10 cases of congenital choledocho-cyst were admitted to our department, and were operated on by cyst excision and the re-estabilishment of the bile tract, with good results obtained. Discussed in this article were the problems of decreasing the complications of the operation and increasing the curative rate.
