摘要
兔脑皮层电图(ECoG)是在急性实验中观测神经系统功能变化的重要指标之一,但由于开颅手术创伤的影响,对慢性实验应用不大。而颅外头皮安装电极记录脑电图(EEG)常因物理或生物电干扰而失败。本实验旨在研究家兔EEG记录方法,并同传统的ECoG对照,经过探索研究,得到无创伤的家兔头皮EEG图谱,从而为长期观察脑电活动提供了一种新方法。
The result out of observing the activities of rabbit CNS cerebral cortex electrocorticogram is one of the important indices of acute animal expriments. But it is less practi cal in Chronic experiments because of the interference of evitable brain injures during drilling skull and placing electrods on cerebral cortex. It is sometimes difficult to record EEG with extracranial electrods, since physical factors or bio-electric current can interfere EEG so that it was unable to be unrecognized. In this rabbit experiment, we propose a new method for recording longterm EEG in which electrocorticogram was controlled, the interference and artifacts were also excluded, and therefore the rabbit EEG was recognized.
