摘要
本文分析２７６例红外热图，发现热图分析仅反映乳腺血管的分布情况，与年龄有关，并无临床意义。出现温差则提示有病理改变。乳癌与小叶增生的热图各具特征，温差界限较明显，与临床和病理的符合率较高，但良性肿瘤的检出率并不理想。笔者认为：红外遥测技术，对机体无痛无损，能提供精确的物理参数，确有实用价值，但有其局限性和片面性，应视为综合检查手段之一。结合临床，综合分析，可提高诊断的正确率。
The infrared thermal guphycs of 276 cases of mammary gland was analyzed. It was found the benign or malignant pathological changes showed an evident temperature defferences with their respective features. But the rate of locating a benign tumor is not high. Although the thermal graphycs detection technique is painless, non-destructive and able to provide accurate temperature parameters, it has limitations of its own and should be considend as one of the useful methods for helping make a linal diagnosis. The combination of clinical observation with thermal graphics will improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
