摘要
研究了石刁柏、珍珠梅柳叶绣线菊的腋芽茎组织培养为成株的方法,得出在主要含有BA的MS的培养基中,离体茎段的每个腋芽都形成1～3个无根苗,且可以重复繁殖;苗植入附加生长素的1/2MS培养基中可以生根,继而形成完整的再生植株的结果。
The method of plants that asparagus officinalis L. Sorbaria sobifolia A. Br and spiraea salicifolia L. axillary bud stem secton was cultured. Every axillary bud stem section in vitro had takan 1─3rootless plantlets in the culture medium that mainly contained MS of BA and its might repeated propagation. When the plantlets were planted in culture medium added growth hormon of 1/2MS, the plantlets had taken roots. Thereby it had become complete regenerated plants.
