摘要
本文观察了口服不同浓度β-胡萝卜素液21周后,对小鼠血和肝脏过氧化脂质(LPO)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果表明实验组小鼠的LPO水平下降而SOD和GSH-Px活性上升。
Mice were fed with different contents of beta-carotene at a dose of 12.5mg/kg/d,6.25 mg/kg/d and 3.125mg/kg/d respectively.After 21 weeks,the serum and liverlevel of MDA,SOD and GSH-Px was measured.Ther esults indicated that MDA level de-creased,and SOD and GSH-Px level increased in experimental groups comparing with con-trol group.
