摘要
本文从色谱理论及实践出发,阐述了影响毛细管柱柱容量的主要因素,讨论了克服毛细管柱过载的途径及方法。毛细管柱的柱容量取决于柱径d、柱长L、液膜厚度df和涂渍面积A。增加上述任一柱参数均能提高柱容量,其中增加涂渍面积为兼顾柱容量和柱效率的最佳选择。另外,采用预前柱、二维色谱及溶剂去除进样技术亦可有效地克服由大量溶剂引起的过载.
The factors affecting capillary column sample capacity were discussedfrom both theory and experiment. The methods overcoming column overloading were reviewed.According to chromatographic theory, the capacity of capillary column mainlydepends on d, df,L and surface area A. However, because d and df have opposite effectson column efficiency and capacity,increasing A is only effective way for raising columncapacity.Besides, two-dimensional chromatography,pro-column technique and solvent eliminating injection methods can also relieve overloading caused by solvent.
