摘要
初步探明了引起原蚕死蛹的主要病原体是Serratia属和Bacillus属细菌及BmNPV病毒.在蚕种生产中,蛹的死亡率出现2个高峰期,即削茧期和化蛾前1~4d;造成死蛹以及影响发病率的主要因素是蚕期多食水叶和蛹期高温。在生产中采取综合防治措施,可使死蛹率下降到2%左右。
The major pathogens leading to pupa ecath of original silkworms werepreliminaryly verified as the bacterias of Serratia Bacillus and BmNPV。 In silkworm egg pro-duction,high mortality of pupa was observed in the periods of cocoon opening and l~4days before emergence。 The major factors affecting pupa death and disease rate were wet leaffed in larva stage and high temperature in pupa stage。 Comprehensive control measures coulddecrcase the pupa death rate to 2%。
