摘要
为尽快适应社会主义市场经济体制的需要,把高等教育改革推向新阶段,本文将高教改革和发展中出现的一些社会上普遍关注的问题,进行归纳并通过对几个关系的论述,阐明随着经济体制的改革,必然带来教育体制的改革,这是不以人的意志为转移的客观规律;至于在改革中出现的一些现象或问题,与经济体制改革不是因果关系。结论是,只要我们以邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论为指导,高等教育的改革、发展就一定能取得成功。
To meet the needs of socialist modern-ization and socialist market economic system and to push the reform and development of higher education forward, the article is intended to discuss some problems to which a great deal of attention has beed paid but no conclusion can be reached. By summing up these problems and expounding several relations, the author tries to make it clear that the reform of economic system is bound to bring about the reform in educational system, which is an objective law independent of man′s will; the problems which arise in the reform of higher education are not due to the reform of economic system, they are not in the cause-effect relation, The conclusion is that if we direct our work according to Deng Xiaoping′s theory of constructing socialism with chinese featurs, the reform and development of higher education is sure to succeed.
