摘要
通过对云母粉的选择,云母表面处理技术的研究,最佳偶联剂及填加量的选择和确定,及对云母增强PP体系老化性能的改进和微观结构的分析,研制出普通级、抗冲级两种规格的云母增强PP料。该产品生产工艺简单,适应性强,与普通PP树脂相比,其弯曲强度、弯曲模量和热变形温度可显著提高,制品的收缩率和翘曲率明显降低。
By a study on the types of mica and the technologies of mica surface - treating, choices of the optimum coupling agents and their loadings had been made. The rheologkal characteristics of mica reinforced polypropylene ( MRPP) were also analysed, two kinds of MRPP composites, the common grade and impact resistant grade, were made. Comparing with PP resins, these two composites had much higher flexural strength , flexural modulus, heat deformation temperature, better aging properties and lower shrinkage the processing technologies were simple.
