摘要
中国国家核安全局于１９８６年７月发布了核电厂厂址选择、设计、运行和质量保证安全规定，核安全法规ＨＡＦ０１００—０４００。于１９９１年７月发布了修改Ⅰ版本．本文阐述了作者本人对核安全法规修改的目的意义和主要修改内容的看法。
National Nuclear Safety Authority of China has issued codes on the safety of nuclear power plants: siting, design, operation and quality assurance, HAF 0100-0400 in July, 1986 andthe Rev. 1 versions in July, 1991. The paper reflects the author's own point of view on thepurpose and singnificance of the Safety Codes (Rev. 1) and briefs the as well as revised contents.
