摘要
由于弹簧直接作用式安全阀的密封比压力是系统工作压力的递减函数,所以安全阀在正常工作压力下的前期泄漏一直未能克服。本文提出了一种新的密封原理.根据该原理,弹簧直接作用式安全阀的密封比压力变成了系统工作压力的阶跃函数,可改善安全阀的密封特性。
Seal Specifics pressure of the spring reaction safety valves is a decrease progressively function of system working pressure, thus the leakage in normal pressure before the valve workinghaven' t been resolved.A new seal princile is given in this paper, according to the principle, the seal specificpressure of the spring reaction safety valves become a step function of system pressure, so thatthe seal character of the valves is improved.
