摘要
本文对屏蔽式主泵水润滑推力滑动轴承进行了分析,根据水的低粘度特点,建立了能用于水润滑推力滑动轴承设计计算的润滑基本方程。通过计算和比较,表明水润滑推力滑动轴承中惯性力的影响通常不能忽略,只有在低速、瓦块倾斜比较大或内外半径比比较小时,惯性力的影响才可忽略不计。
The paper analyzes the water lubricated thrust bearings,establishes the lubricated equation for design and calculation of water lubricated thrust bearings according to characteristic oflow viscosity of water.The calculation and analyses show the effect of inertia force in waterLubricated thrust bearings should not be neglected except the conditions of low speed,high angle of inclination and low radius ratio of pad.
