摘要
本文研究了焊厂热处理对PCrNi3Mo钢组合焊缝接头显微组织的影响,探讨了特征区组织转变机理及底层焊道的脆化倾向;结果表明,焊后热处理中,随着M_(23)C_6型碳化物的大量析出,底层焊道熔合区组织变得更加复杂,井形成了较薄的碳迁移层;底层焊道中较高的含碳量,对σ相的转变具有一定的抑制作用,焊缝金属的脆化倾向较小。
The effect of postweld heat treatmcnt on the microstructure of combinedwelded joint of PCrNi3Mo steel is studicd. The transformation mechanism ofcharactcristic zonc microstructure and embrittlement tendency of backing wcld arc alsodiscusscd. The rcsults show that the microstructure in backing weld bond become morecomplex and thincr carbon migration laycr was formcd as large quantitics of typeM_(23)C_6 carbides were prceipitated d uring the psotweld heat treatment.The embrittlementtendency of weld mctal is relativcly little because the high crabo content in the bot-tom weld can play a certain part in restraining the transformation of sigma phase.
