摘要
采用现场调查和实验室模拟相结合的方法,探讨厦门西海域生态环境特征;限制性营养要素负荷承载能力;以及养殖污水排放、混合对海域浮游植物生态效应.结果表明养殖污水排放可导致海域营养过剩,浮游生态异常和结构变化;生成的大量有机聚集体对营养要素内循环起了缓冲、调控的作用,并对初级生产力有重大贡献.
Based on the field investigation of Xiamen Harbour(west)and laboratory simulation , three topics are discussed: the environment characteristics of, ecological environment in Xiamen Harbour(west); susceptibility of limiting-nutrient loadings;and the effect of the discharge of the waste of mariculture on phytoplanktonic ecosystem. The results of the study show that the discharge of the waste of mariculture into the harbour can cause permissible - excessive nutrient loadings, and anomalism of phytoplanktonic ecosystem and composition variance as well. The organic aggregate formation plays a buffering and controlling role on inner cycle of bioelements in water column, contributing much to primary production.
