摘要
煤粉流量的测量对于电站锅炉的安全经济运行关系很大,本文简要的介绍了热平衡法测量煤粉流量的原理,煤粉和热空气的混合过程及数值分析,联立方程的解,接着重点对测量参数进行计算机处理,如测量值的放大,模拟量的转化和参数的公式化。本文的大量工作还在于单片微机系统硬件的配置和软件的实现,最后进行初步的热态标定试验。
The measurement of pulverized coal flux is great concern to save and economicaperation for power station.The paper describes the principle of measurefnent of pulverized coalflux by hot balance method,the mixture process between pulverized coal and hot air andnumberical analyzes,the solve for coupled equation.The key work is computer process formeasurement data,for example,the enlargement of measurement data,the conversion ofanalogue quntities,the formularization of parameters.A lot of workes of this paper are yetsystem hardware arrangement and software design,at last,some prelirninary hot testes weredone.
