摘要
在30侧成人上肢标本上,解剖观测了骨间前血管.重点观察了骨间前动脉旋前方肌复盖段至尺骨的分支分布.骨间前动脉贴骨间膜前面下行,至旋前方肌深面.分为主支和穿支.骨间前动脉至旋前方肌复盖段尺骨的分支,可以发自骨间前动脉本干、骨间前动脉主支和穿支.根据解剖观测结果,设计了带骨间前血管蒂尺骨远段骨(膜)瓣,用以修复肱骨下段、尺桡骨缺损和骨不连,逆行移位修复手舟骨和月骨.
The anterior interosseous vessels,especially the branches to the ulna covered by the quadrate pronator muscles were observed on 30 adult cadaveric upper limbs. The an-terior interosseous artery descends on the anterior surface of the interosseous membrane. Un-der the quadrate pronator muscle the artery divides into the main branch and the perforating branch. The ulna covered by quadrate pronator muscle accepts the nutrient branches of the anterior interosseors artery from three different aspects: the trunk of the anterior in-terosseous artery,the main branch and the perforating branch. According to the results,the ulnar distal segmental osteoperiosteal flap pedicled with the anterior interosseous vessel was designed to repair defects of nonunjon of the distal part of humerus,ulna and radius and scaphoid bone and lunnte bone in a reversed manner as well.
