摘要
本文用氟离子选择性电极初步研究了母乳氟含量变化.结果表明:初乳氟含量最高,由初乳、过渡乳到九个月前的成熟乳,氟含量依次降低,婴儿在第6周至第3个月这一段时间由母乳摄取的氟较多.为人们研究氟的代谢及生物学作用提供了参考依据.
The changes of fluorine in human milk with breast-feeding time were stud-ied. The results showed that the content of fluorine was the highest in the initial milk,and decreased gradually from the initial milk, transitional milk to mature milk before the ninth month. The amount of fluorine taken in by infants from the sixth week to the third month was more than that at any other time. The paper provides the reference bases for research on the metabolism and biologic functions of fluorine.
