摘要
本文报道应用静式细胞仪对前列腺癌Ａ１期１１例病人及Ｄ１期９例病人的ＤＮＡ倍体进比较。本组所有的前列腺癌Ａ１期的病人均为双倍体，无非双倍体。其生存率为１６～１６６个月（平均１０５．６４个月）。９例前列腺癌Ｄ１期病人中７例为双倍体，２例为非双倍体（非整倍体１例，非整倍体和四倍体嵌合体１例）。其生存率为３６～９１个月（平均６４个月）。
In this study the DNA ploidy in 11 patients with stage A1 prostatic carcinoma and in 9 patients with stage D1 prostatic carcinoma and their survival rates were compared using the static cytometry,The DNA ploidy in all patients with stage A1 prostatic carcinoma was diploid and no non-diploids were found. Their survival rates ranged from 16 to 166 months(mean 105.64 months).of 9patients with D1 stage prostatic carcinoma 7 had diploids, 2 had non-diploids(aueuploid 1,mosaic of aneuploid and tetraploid 1).Their survival rates ranged from 36 to 91 months (mean 64 months)
