摘要
我们应用p5G1γ-晶体蛋白基因探针,对Coppock白内障家系成员的γ-晶体蛋白基因区存在的多态性进行了检测,发现了5个单体型,通过限制性片段长度多态(RFLP)连锁分析,未发现γ-晶体蛋白基因簇与白内障的位点有连锁关系。
Polymorphisms and haplotypes identified by DNA restriction fragment length polymorphisms in the gamma-crystallin gene region were investigated in the members of a family with Coppock cataract, using genomic DNA hybridization analysis with p5G1 probe encoding gamma-crystallin.Six of eight possible haplotypes were found in the members of the family. We did not find the linkage between the gamma-crystallin gene cluster and the locus for the Coppock cataract.
