摘要
利用去透明带金黄地鼠卵与人精子受精后，经过受精卵温育，制备出人精子单倍染色体，初期制片成功率４７％。经过改善实验室条件和改进方法学，制片成功率达８７％。本文还对一些技术上的关键问题进行了讨论。
By hybridization of Golden Hamster oocytes and human sperms and cultivation of fertilized eggs,the preparations of human sperm haploid chromosome were obtained.The success rate is about 87%.Some critical technical problems were discussed.
