摘要
钛合金难于打磨加工，是航空航天制造业中难于解决的问题之一。“化学渗浸砂轮”是将化学添加剂及固体润滑剂等物质渗浸至砂轮孔隙中，从而可起到防止砂轮表面粘附，降低磨削力及磨削温度作用的新型砂轮，实验结果表明，利用这种砂轮进行钛合金打鹰加工，表面质量有显著提高，现已在实际加工中发挥了重大作用．
The burnishing of Titanium alloy is one of the most difficult problem in aeronautical industry.The chemical permeated grinding wheel is a new kind of grinding wheel. Permeated by the chemical additives and solid lubricant into the gap of it,this grinding wheel has the property of preventing the adhesion on the grinding wheel surface, reducing the grinding force and lowering the grinding temperature. The experiment result indicates that the quality of the grinded surface is remarkably improved and great efficiency is obtained in real machining process.
