摘要
本文着重回顾了1993年广东外经贸所取得的成绩，并归纳出3个主要特征：全方位开放格局进一步完善、多种经营机制初见成效和自负盈亏经营机制开始落实。本文还对1994年我国外贸体制改革的内容、目标和途径作了简耍的概述，提出广东外贸深化改革的4项策略：加快企业经营机制转换、迅速开发高新技术的名优产品、坚定不移地开拓多元化市场、大力培养复合型外经贸人才。
Reviewing the achievements in the area of Guangdong's foreign trade in l993, thispaper sums up three main P0intS: further Perfection of the all-round opening-up Pattern,initial results in diversified economy, and preliminary implementation of the mechanismof each enterprise 'assuming sole responsibility for its profits or losses. Referring to there form of China`s foreign trade regime in l994, the paper describes briefly about its substance, goals and channels, and lists f0ur points of tactics for deepening the reform ofGuangdong's foreign trade. They are: picking up speed for the shift of enterprises manage-ment mechanism, quickening the steps for exploiting quality hi-tech products, developingdiversified markets overseas, and training more and more expert and competent Personnelfor foreign trade.
