Abstract Since the begining of the nineteenth century.Asian securities market shows a prosperous and prompt development. This is the directconsequuences of high-speed economic growth of Asian region and international trend of financial deregulation and securitirization of world finance. Moreover, Singapore and Hong Kong's efforts to become the center of Asia secrities market also promote a new momentum.
